What we collect on this site
When you talk to our on-site agent, we store the conversation. When you leave contact details (through the agent, the visibility check, or email), we store the name, email, phone and website address you provided, plus what you asked about. We do not buy data about you or collect anything beyond what you type.
The free visibility check
When you run a check, we store the brand, domain and question you entered together with the results, so we can prepare the full report if you ask for one. Checks are rate-limited per visitor.
What we do with it
We use your details to respond: answer questions, set up the demo you asked for, and send the report you requested. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for their marketing.
AI processing
Conversations are processed by AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) through business APIs that do not use your data for model training. Content is processed solely to generate the answer you see.
Cookies and tracking
The site and widget set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The widget keeps a local conversation identifier in your browser so your chat continues across pages. We collect basic, privacy-respecting product analytics (page views, feature usage).
For our clients' shoppers
When brymbl runs on a client's store, the store owns the conversations and leads; brymbl processes them on the store's behalf under a data processing agreement (DPA), in line with Israel's Privacy Protection Law (Amendment 13). Questions about a specific store's data should go to that store.
Retention and deletion
Leads and conversations are kept while relevant to the business relationship and deleted on request. Write to dor@pointline.agency to access or delete your data. We respond within 30 days.
Security
Data is stored in access-controlled databases with deny-by-default policies, isolated per workspace, accessible only through our servers. See the security page for the full picture.
